Unsteady leadership all the way up to the CEO no supervision Doctors didn’t see patients consistently but prescribed a lot of medication and changes Doctors wanted you to fill out their paperwork for them to sign Too many things they wanted you to do outside of your expertise I can do go on and on but these are the main issues
