      Avantages

      Great people working in the communities. Really care about their residents.

      Inconvénients

      The company is a sinking ship. The company has lost half of their business over the past 18 months due to poor performance. Former CEO resigned at the end of 2018 conveniently. The owner then replaced her with a business partner who has no industry experience. Lay offs followed to cover the new CEO's salary. The company has been stripped, leaving no resources for the communities. Charging the same management fees with fewer deliverables.

      Avantages

      Regional manager was amazing, and dedicated and willing to help as much as corporate would allow

      Inconvénients

      Poor corporate. Constantly not paying bills. Constant shut offs. Refused to fix any repairs. Horrible pay and raises. Reimbursement took months.
