      Seasonal. Can get quite repetitive but didn’t notice it too much as a temporary positoon

      Almost everything was a Pro, great company that cares about you as a person

      Inconvénients

      1. Internal Promotions were still too focused on your resume instead of your quality 2. On performance metrics for chats they measured by classic needing to answer x number of people and minimize time instead of quality of response
