Avantages
Generous PTO, Summer Fridays (not sure this will continue under new leadership), great friendly atmosphere - life long friends made.
Inconvénients
I have been at Rider 15 years. Employees haven't seen any raises for years and now they will cut our salaries by 14% and no more retirement contribution. This is no longer a desirable place to work. When employees quit they do not rehire so you are left doing the job of 2, 3 people...and now with a paycut. A mass exodus is coming...I would not recomend working here for at least a few years... if we are still open.
