Fantastic work environment. A pre-requisite to work in our department is a great personality, and as such we all get along famously. Everyone is down to earth, and has a good sense of humor. Although we get to goof around from time to time, when it comes to sales we are laser-focused. We can be the best customer service / sales reps we can possibly be as we are not commission-based; this lets us focus on taking care of the customer's needs over just making a sale - which allows us to establish a trust that breeds more sales.
