      Met some nice people and learned skills

      Inconvénients

      They don’t make it clear it is commission only 10+ hours a day, not legally obliged to pay a base rate as they get new recruits to register as “self employed” No HR department Sugar coat their job advertisements, sold a fancy pipe dream marketing role in the city when you’re actually travelling to council estates to knock on doors

      Avantages

      Great working environment with an excellent opportunity to progress into several areas. Provided with one on one mentorship throughout the programmes that's offered which is ideal for those who have not done sales before or those who are looking to venture into this specific field.

      purely commission-based. If you are a sales-wizard you would be great, the rest of us not so much.
