      Avantages

      Teams are very small so you have opportunity to get your hands on a lot of projects.

      Inconvénients

      Everything moves at a very slow pace here. It's hard to get any changes done, and Europe HQ will be gone 2-3 months during summer.

      Avantages

      I had an AMAZING manager who always supported me.

      Inconvénients

      There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.
