      40% on the product catalog, that’s the only advantage HR could tell you when you’re asking during an interview

      Inconvénients

      Old fashioned management, no decisions could be really taken unless you got the blessing of the board. you’re not surrounded by people passionate by their jobs, they are just surviving until the direction let them pursue their career upon their own decision within the group or fire them.

      Avantages

      I had an AMAZING manager who always supported me.

      Inconvénients

      There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.
