      Avantages

      Compensation and they try to celebrate the little wins.

      Inconvénients

      Plant management. There are not clearly defined roles and responsibilities for Supervisors. If you accept a mangement position here you will have no life, They don't tell you up front that it's 10 hour production shifts, and that means 11 and 12 hour shifts for the Supervisors. They tried to low ball my salary after we had a number that we agreed on.

      The pay was good that is all I liked about the job.

      Inconvénients

      To many hours To many Mob bosses Daily work plans would change regularly. No sense of direction from upper management and or supervisors. People here lying way too much just for them not to get in trouble when they did something wrong or they’re not doing their jobs. Believe it or not the lazy people here haded better than the people that we care about the job. Finger pointing was another big one here… This job is very toxic way to taxic
