      Avantages

      -The company provides an amazingly great product. -The research team is extremely well educated. -The work is very rewarding if you enjoy the farming industry.

      Inconvénients

      -The seasonal workers and day laborers hold more value to management rather than seasoned employees. -Probably the lowest paying company in the industry for educated employees. -There is practically no chance of promotion from within. Many work the exact same job for 15-20 years. -You will work from sun up to sun down without a pat on the back. -Upper management would rather point the finger than rectify the problems at hand. -Human Resources shows little to no integrity.

      Insurance and it is a job?

      Inconvénients

      NO Career opportunity if you are not favored. NO direction. Management claim to have open door policy, yet scrutinize (but make sure you don't say retaliate) you for anything said in confidence. Insensitivity towards the power that lower level employees do not have by higher ups. Bleeding quality employs due to politics and giving resources to lack luster coworkers who play the game well. Lots of lip service from higher ups Morale is low, turnover is high, no work life balance, and many capable employees leave because they feel undermined rather than developed.
