Avantages
Nice facilities, definitely good "time-off" benefits, generous holiday schedule, decent food.
Inconvénients
The current organizational landscape is characterized by a discernible deficiency in leadership efficacy. An unfortunate prevalence of toxicity and hostility, particularly directed towards specific, undesirable racial demographics (specifically Caucasians), has permeated the work environment. Notably, a discernible bias has manifested itself in the realm of promotional opportunities, where considerations related to diversity, equity, and inclusion often supersede assessments of skill and performance. Within the administrative echelons, a conspicuous dearth of talent is evident, with leadership positions seemingly populated by individuals associated with the inner circle, colloquially referred to as "Friends of Kelly," denoting a close association with the Executive Vice President. Regrettably, a prevailing lack of commitment is observed among the staff. Managers, in particular, tend to view initiatives from their subordinates through a lens of criticism, fostering an environment wherein constructive feedback is perceived as a challenge to their leadership approach. Retribution and microaggressions have regrettably become commonplace rather than exceptional occurrences. The prevailing organizational culture is marked by cynicism and a disposition characterized by a mere presence-for-benefits mentality. Furthermore, an inflated sense of self-importance is observed among several individuals within various departments, leading to the mistreatment and disrespect of support staff in crucial areas such as Finance, Human Resources, and Facilities. Addressing these systemic issues is imperative for fostering a more inclusive, respectful, and high-functioning work environment.
