Health and a retirement Benefits are nice. Many departments to work in. Good people to work with. Nice to have a hospital like Rice with everything you need.
Inconvénients
Non union employees have a hard time keeping their job. Administration benefits are way too high compared to the grunt workers. A lot of nepotism as well.
