      Avantages

      I get to be myself, I dont have to sit there getting yelled at by angry people, some people there are really nice

      Inconvénients

      Daily harassment from my coworkers and managers, the management is bad if you have a problem with someone they say they will fix it but never do and get get worse, people share your business even if it’s not true which leads to everyone not liking you, they only care about money and no one’s well being.

      Amazing staff that have become a true family. Great guest that have been coming some since the day the restaurant opened. The best BBQ on the Coast

      I can not think of any because I absolutely love my job and work family

      Avantages

      Everyone treated each other as family and genuinely took pride in their craft.

      Inconvénients

      Corporate became a very distant. You ended up becoming just a number on a paper instead of a person who gave years to the company.
