Most of the work here is routine data entry with minimal analytical thinking involved. Compensation is relatively low, and the role is better suited for those just starting out in real estate. If you come in with prior experience, you may find the work repetitive and boring. This position is largely administrative, with few opportunities that require deeper critical thinking or problem-solving. Some.. not all but some of the people think they know a lot more than they know because this is their first job out of college and they don’t know any other way but the Rialto way.
