Avantages
The leadership team is exceptional. They know healthcare and they care about the employees who work here. The culture is phenomenal. From casual work attire, free snacks/drinks, monthly update meetings where you are fed a good lunch afterward, and the birthday celebrations, this place truly feels like family. We work hard and have fun together. We celebrate wins and we learn from our hiccups all while growing as individuals. I love my work family.
Inconvénients
Just like with any start up, the company has to grow in order to get some of the employer benefits that the bigger organizations can offer up front. If I have to list a con, it would be no 401K match.
