      Avantages

      Great company to learn with. Lots of hands-on experience. Spending in R&D is virtually limitless. Friendly environment to work in. Leadership is open to feedback.

      Inconvénients

      Requires a lot of time in the plant to learn and perfect your craft. Some of the systems used are outdated. Requires ground work to implement new processes. Product Development Process is a bit outdated and is unclear. Likely will have to travel to get anything developed (R&D)
