Avantages
Small, fiercely independent agency located in the western suburbs. Lots of smart, hard-working people. Best part of working here is the spirit of collaboration across specialties and groups. Few agencies truly live collaboration or integration beyond the initial sales pitch/interview. R+K is different. Long-tenure is common among employees here, which always says a lot about a place of employment.
Inconvénients
Not for everyone, as all are expected to work hard and work well together. Those that hope to slide by punching the clock or serving a personal agenda won't last here. You have to be wired to want to figure things out, challenge each other (respectfully) to think about client's business differently. Drama queens and egos will likely find themselves being asked to leave.
