Avantages

I really like working at Reydix and am quite happy in my job. The company is developing an exciting and innovative product with a clear vision and the colleagues here work with great passion to create the best possible product. The interview was friendy als relaxed. I spoke directly to the managers and they took a lot of time to answer all my questions and give me an understanding of the company. Every employee is a professional in his or her field and you can see that when working together. The team is competent and helps each other when you need support. Working with the team in Greece is also great and you can count on each other. What I also like is the technology used at Reydix. There’s nothing more annoying than IT, that doesn’t work. The equipment and technologies are top notch and up to date - it's great that the company doesn’t save here. In all companies there are good times and not so good times. Anyone who says otherwise is talking nonsense. ;) This was the case for a short time in our dev team in Greece, as some technical decisions were made incorrectly and therefore some people left. This is also where some critical reviews come from. However, this was quickly recognized and remedied by replacing the manager and working on team building. Today we have a great and close-knit team of developers who are working at full speed together.

Inconvénients

I don't have anything in mind that really qualifies as a contra.

Avantages

Highly skilled, supportive, and dedicated colleagues. Freedom to choose technologies and contribute to technical decisions.

Inconvénients

For a startup, the company was unusually large, but leadership was still ineffective and disconnected from day-to-day realities. C-level management lacked engagement and delegated too much decision-making authority to a tech lead whose management style was rigid, dismissive of feedback, and contributed to a high turnover rate. Existing problems were never addressed despite repeated employee feedback. Although the tech stack allowed flexibility, progress was consistently slowed down by heavy processes, excessive meetings, and overstructured decision-making centered around a single individual. Major decisions—such as launching the product after two years—were made based on overly optimistic assumptions (including reliance on a single celebrity-driven marketing push), which ultimately failed to generate expected results. Layoffs and restructuring were communicated abruptly with minimal transparency. Over 90% of the company was let go within days, including employees who had joined only 1–2 months earlier. This was not the first time: there had already been at least two previous rounds of layoffs and sudden policy changes, such as enforcing full on-site work despite originally offering a hybrid agreement. The biggest issue was not the general workforce, who were motivated, collaborative, and proactive, but the C-level leadership’s lack of clarity, alignment, and responsiveness.

Avantages

I've been working at Reydix for the past 1 and a half years, and my experience here has been highly positive. Latest Technologies: I get the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and tools in the industry. This not only keeps the work exciting but also ensures that my skills remain current and competitive. Friendly Environment: The work environment is incredibly friendly and supportive. From my first day, I felt welcomed and valued as part of the team. Colleagues are always willing to help, share knowledge, and collaborate on projects. This creates a positive and productive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable contributing their ideas. Continuous Development: There are regular training sessions, workshops, and opportunities for professional growth. The company encourages employees to pursue certifications and further education, which has greatly contributed to my personal and professional development. Work-Life Balance: The company understands the importance of work-life balance and supports it through a flexible work model. We work three days remotely and two days in the office. This flexibility allows me to manage my work responsibilities alongside my personal life, leading to a healthier and more satisfying overall experience.

Inconvénients

At the moment, I don't have any cons to mention. My experience at Reydix has been very positive overall.

Dear reydee, wow, thank you so much for this great review. 🚀 We are delighted that you feel so comfortable with us throughout and that you particularly like the tech stack. It's important to us that our reydees only work with the best tools - and we're happy to invest to stay state-of-the-art. That goes down well with you - we think that's awesome! 😉 Thank you also for your feedback regarding the working atmosphere and work-life balance. Through our onboarding process, we make sure that new reydees have everything they need from day 1 to familiarize themselves in the best possible way. Our remote work concept helps to reduce travel times, but at the same time not to lose human contact between each other inside the team. It's great that the model fits so well into your everyday life. 👍🏼 We are delighted that you are accompanying us on this journey and are always available for further feedback. 😊 CONNECTION IS EVERYTHING!
