      Change of Leadership every five years, Leadership/Management are so headstrong it is more than difficult to get this company to progress. Communication coming from top down is not truthful.

      Avantages

      There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow in the manufacturing world at Reyco. I found strongly positive attitudes in the leadership and engineering team, and was always able to seek and receive guidance from them about anything.

      Inconvénients

      Not all employees on the floor share the same positive attitudes of the leadership.
