Great constructive feedback. Training is on our mind and we're starting with on-boarding training. We'll keep training in the departments on the agenda. In response to Revionics being a "market-leading company" and how our messaging and website should reflect that is timely. We are in the process of elevating our messaging, positioning and our external facing assets including the website. These are currently in progress and we are looking forward to this launch that is being led by our Global Marketing team.
