Avantages
Flexibility, environment at the office, colleagues.
Inconvénients
First of all, in Sales there are no growth possibilities at all. They want you to manage the full sales cycle without any kind of resource from the company (for example no Linkedin Premium or any other tool for prospecting). The job is super repetitive and there is no room for improving because the leadership is very close minded with a vertical and hierarchical communication. No room for actively contributing or just sharing ideas on strategy, it is even seen as a step-up. They promote all the time how they allow career progression (and got me in the interview with that), but it is the most disincentivising environment you can find as any smallest decision is taken way slower than the market needs. The rotation is super high because people like the environment in the beginning, but then they understand how static and futureless it is.
