CEO is accessible and often participates in planning meetings. * Company culture is customer-centric. Focused on improving the product for clients and freelancers alike * Flexible work hours. Weekly sprints define work to be done, but I can finish at the most convenient time of day for me * Great salary
Inconvénients
* It's expensive to live in the Bay Area. Working remotely for now (would be nice to actually go to the office more often)
