Relaxed work environment where you get to work on cool machines and try to build a new market. Regular happy hours, donuts on Friday, coffee and snacks too.
Inconvénients
It's work, so there are times when you need to get a lot of work done quickly. Small enough that everyone is dependent on someone to get their work done - and that causes friction.
