Avantages

For the work required, the pay was very good - $17 an hour. Lots of down time, frequent bathroom breaks.

Inconvénients

Late hours, horrible mismanagement of senior staff, sometimes they will keep you past the last metro and you will have to cab home.

Avantages

Love the management team, chefs, and coworkers, cant speak highly enough of them. I have a great work life balance and feel like the kitchen is stocked well.

Inconvénients

The space i work in was badly designed and installed. About a third of the equipment doesn't work, stopped working, never worked which is unacceptable for a new place. Also the very limited fridge and freezer space in comparison to the amount of food produced per day is laughable, if it wasn't so frustrating to deal with on a daily basis.
