Exposure to Diverse HR Projects: I had opportunities to work on a broad range of HR functions — from recruitment to employee relations and benefits — which helped me grow professionally.

What Could Improve: Compensation & Benefits: While benefits are decent, compensation can feel below market rate for certain positions and geographic areas. Career Advancement: There could be more structured pathways for growth and professional development across the organization. Communication Across Levels: At times, communication between leadership and staff could be more transparent and timely, especially regarding organizational changes.
