      Avantages

      Some of the kids are alright.

      Inconvénients

      Parents can be rude. Upper management is a joke and very rude. I was told to lie for the company if I was asked about a "former" employee that worked there. Don't pay me enough for that. Hours are crazy. You technically only get paid for 80 hours every 2 weeks but, technically work 168.

      Avantages

      Seeing the boys grow and mature into young men. Watching the young men become brothers and seeing their families healing with every visit. Staff and residents become family and build a really strong bond that last a lifetime. The ranch its self is beautiful and very peaceful at times unlimited views to be inspired by.

      Inconvénients

      The staff is primarily men if your a women applying please beware the accommodations are not female friendly. You will also at times feel you've stepped into a good ole boy situation. Pay isn't the best considering the fact your on the clock 24/7 basically and if you live in Austin that drive is no joke.
