Avantages

big company, lots of opportunities to get exposure to different aspects of branding and research. not too much of a hard hours place, plenty of support and training opportunities

Inconvénients

slow, lethargic company slow to embrace change. pay is poor compared to other companies and rewards not solely linked to merit. need a few grey hairs to become a director or 'do your time'. there are more dynamic and challanging places to work

Avantages

Company had a great culture and vibe. Young and high energy. Some of the most talented people in the market research world.

Inconvénients

Slow to expand and leverage core competencies. Its PDA based consumption diary panel and research is amongst the best in the CPG market research industry with no other competition, yet unable to penetrate. Huge growth potential.
