Avantages

Nothing really to put in here.

Inconvénients

The company has made drastic changes all for the worse! There is no company culture. Lack of transparency. NO communication whatsoever. Top management leave you in the dark! If you're based in AZ lots of opportunities but if you're based in Redwood City, people are dropping out like flies. Far worse than the sinking of the Titanic. Cheap labor too! Call center environment.

Avantages

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

Inconvénients

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
