      Avantages

      Nothing...they are trying hard to negotiate higher salaries after years of being low ballers in the industry in the US. Now, people are leaving in large masses because it's just not a good place to work.

      Inconvénients

      Management of Drilling and Completions specifically in the US is abysmal. The culture is one of looking out for yourself and nobody else.

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.

      Inconvénients

      None that I've noticed. Great company & people working here!
