Avantages
My experience in Rentwise was quite interesting. As I was very new in the IT industry, I was given the opportunity to learned up everything from scratch in the Hardware and Rental point of view. I wouldn't say it was easy, but it was worth it. Even with a small company like this, I was granted opportunity to travel and even transfer to another branch office. I still remember the day when I had to go for an oversea trip and my passport has already expired, and the CEO offer to pay to renew them. There are all sorts of Mangers in the company, and I am glad I was placed under people that gave me a lot of guidance. Until today even I am no longer in the company, I still uses the advise given and share it with my colleagues and friends. If you are a person that likes learning, then you found the right place. Besides just learning from my daily works and many Kind of interesting people, there are lots of training given.
Inconvénients
There is no momentum in the plans they have, what ever that was plan out, it will only last for a short period of time. There is too many talker and too little doers in the company. The working culture there used to be more fun, now seems like going down hill. Turn over is quite high.
