      good team, miss who i worked with

      pay, manager, she is over bearing and fired 6 planners in 3 years. but hr keeps her, no ability to grow from a planner into operations have to become LSM to grow,

      some good benefits nice managers/supervisors work from home

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
