      Avantages

      - Great learning scope. - Working on latest tech stack - AWS - Tech team is helpful but burnt-out. - Revenue growth stage. - Good opportunity to advance/grow yourself, be picky or get dumped with everything.

      Inconvénients

      - Mid scale company but no established roadmap/ process. - Expectations are high. - Poor written communication. - Salary is not very competitive. - Understaffed team & burnout is very common. - No tech-architecture review / tech debt analysis. - Politics is onion layered. - HR is very slow. Need to follow up a lot.

      Avantages

      This was my third job out of college and I still learnt a lot more than I expected to. The managers are very good striking a balance between the company goals and your personal goals

      Inconvénients

      - Sometimes the hours are long - Some companies pay better for the same amount of work

      Feels like you are in college. Very casual atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Lot of politics. No appreciation for your work. They will throw you out Randomly.
