      Avantages

      PayScale is good , Good Learning opportunity and personal growth for freshers.

      Inconvénients

      No any work management, Lot of politics. Team leaders have no knowledge in developing, designer is handling the technical part, WordPress developer handling complex backend and front end projects. If you are work hard then you will not get the credit. No one listen to your problem. If something goes wrong between you and TL its always your fault.
