7yAt Rental Beast we work hard to ensure our new team members succeed. On average, our training period lasts nearly a month for our entry positions. We also try to make sure new team members fully understand the role before they are hired, but it is clear we can improve our process.
We are always working hard to improve our visibility! Recent partnerships with leading companies, including Facebook and Realtor.com, are important steps along this path.
