Avantages
It being a startup, the environment is more casual and less restrictive, and the compensation is pretty decent. I really liked everyone I worked with.
Inconvénients
It's a startup that follows the "move fast, break things" mentality. Workflow changes and restructurings can happen on very short notice with little to no long-term planning or strategy.
