Avantages

The lower-level employees here are amazing. Good place to learn the ropes and then move on, not a good long-term position.

Inconvénients

Leadership. Contractors beware, invoices are often paid late, sometimes by months. This company is NOT: family friendly, ethical, client-focused, balanced, respectful. This company IS: constantly changing direction, quick to fire without warning or coaching, greedy and dishonest. An employee bonus program has been talked about for over a year and still doesn't exist. Ownership are amazing at saying anything to get the sale or hire and then not delivering. Expect to be publicly berated for all mistakes, despite never being given adequate direction from leadership. Marketing is a complete mess and turnover is outrageous, don't waste your time.

Avantages

Rent Bridge has a team of people that are very passionate about fulfilling their roles. You are treated like family rather than employees. My success is the companies success and the companies success, in turn, is also mine. The culture here is to be all in, all the time. Your place at Rent Bridge can be a career, not just a "job" if you are willing to contribute to the ideas and growth of the company. Creativity is welcomed and appreciated. There are twists and turns at every corner and you have the opportunity to great creative in finding a solution.

Inconvénients

There is a continuous effort in refining our operations in order to accommodate the rapid growth, so with that comes a lot of change. Change is not a con, but if you are resistant to change then you could see it that way.

Avantages

The option to work from home

Inconvénients

The owners are egotistical and unable to effectively execute decision making- they ask employees for honest opinions but unless 100% positive than immediately outcasted; Little respect for non-working hours and employees are told they are expected to work above and beyond 40 hours a week (all while tracking every minute of every day); Little to no internal communication- the left hand never knows what the right hand is doing resulting in things being dropped and/or duplicate work; Most of their clients are unhappy and hanging on by a thread which forces everyone to “drop everything and make them happy” - very hard to deliver good consistent work when always rushing through projects that were promised prematurely by the owner before knowing what the actual work entailed; Employees are not trusted and there is no structure in place. This place is a chaotic mess- I would stay away if I were you!
