Inconvénients
This company is actually a group of about 10 companies, 5 Labs, Marketing, IT, LIS, EHR, Genomas, and Collabrx (which is how they went public). They are completely broke, and not paying staff or paying them very late. Right now there have been at least 3 instances where staff were not paid and they find out about it, when it does not get deposited into their accounts. Many bills are unpaid and the internet have been shut off a number of times. They have received millions in funding since the beginning of the year and have squandered it. It is rumored that the funding was used to payback execs for their investments instead of putting it to actual company use. Rent on has not been paid and they have been sued for the lease amount, so they have moved half the company to one of the labs. Exec Management hires people with experience but then don't listen to their advise so nothing changes and those people leave. If an idea did not originate from the exec team it is considered worthless. There is no communication between departments especially on security issues eg: if an employee leaves the company (voluntarily or not) no one tells the IT department, so their accounts and access stays active until someone notices that they are gone and then they scramble to turn them off.
