      Avantages

      RHR has a great mission to help young girls who are struggling.

      Inconvénients

      If you value being respected, healthy communication, appropriate boundaries, and actually being paid for your work, then this is not the place for you. I shouldn’t have had to jump through hoops to get my second paycheck, and I still haven’t been reimbursed for what I was told I’d be reimbursed for.

      Management verbally abuses the girls, terrible pay for the type of work, understaffed 100% of the time
