      Avantages

      The company is driven and visionary led by a talented team of leaders. The employees are passionate about permanently improving health science/healthcare for the future. The technology is groundbreaking. The pay is good, and the benefits are great. Work-life balance is also good.

      Inconvénients

      The company is still pretty new and they are still trying to find their footing. Some things feel a little unorganized and sometimes chaotic, but I have seen great improvements. Although the technology behind the software is amazing, some of the tools and UI are not very user friendly and could be improved to run much smoother.

      Good work environment and was able to learn a lot from others about technology.

      Avantages

      Great people, strong management, good executive vision. The CEO and COO want to do things right but they are constrained by tight finances. Great technical talent and excellent marketing team. Good work/life balance. Competitive compensation. Good technology. Great IT support.

      Inconvénients

      Going in too many directions at once for the size and resources of the company. High employee turnover. Cash is tight. Sales have been disappointing but the second half of the year could be strong. Employee Stock Options are worthless.
