Employee's are focused on customer success and company growth. Strong team environment, collaboration and support. Senior Management focused on enabling collaborative, open environment for success. Focus on work/life balance is encouraged, no issues with time needed for personal matters. CEO open to exposing challenges and working on resolution is very refreshing, no hiding issues but focus on solutions.
Inconvénients
pains indicative of a growing company. internal communication getting better, processes getting implemented take time to show results.
