      1) No ethics 2) Just Fluff 3) Salary not paid on time 4) Make people work like donkeys 5) Every morning a showdown at the office 6) Pressure from Management 7) No rules and regulations laid down on paper

      In the last few years, only the last two months were salary delayed because of a financial crunch. The CEO addressed the whole organization in advance - 3 weeks in advance and prepared everyone. The top management got a fund infusion at a high rate of interest and all employees were paid. The company gives employees a 5 day week. When employees work on holidays Overtime is paid.

      Avantages

      Its a remote opportunity. Good for someone beginning their career. You report only to the top management (directors of the company)

      Inconvénients

      They will literally exploit you on the work. Late night calls. Abusive words in the meeting in front of all for their mistakes DONT JOIN

      Inconvénients

      No work life balance. Toxic environment. Owners have to much arrogance. To much work pressure.
