Avantages

They are constantly looking for new employees since everyone I met wanted to leave if they were paid even $1 more per hour.

Inconvénients

Easily the most dysfunctional work environment that I have ever witnessed. The 3 brothers inherited the business and they have very limited skills in leadership. They run the business like a 3rd world factory. Get everything in writing! Employee mural is very low and everyone seems to have a plan to leave if they can. They tend to hire WONDERFUL People that are foreign born and prey of them and their lack of knowledge of standard employment practices. It is very disheartening. They promise a lot and deliver little.

Avantages

Reliable provided me with an irreplaceable opportunity to grow my career and get a strong start in the real estate leasing world. Upper management is not only great at what they do, but they were extremely helpful and patient with me, which made me only want to work harder for them. The other employees at Reliable were also super friendly and welcoming.

Inconvénients

I guess the only con was that I found myself working outside of normal hours, but that was only because a lot of my salary was commission-based and I chose to do so.

Avantages

small office environment. job security. HUGE learning experience. colleagues more like family than colleagues. free parking.

Inconvénients

rules/regulation made up as things come up and always to owners' favor. owners are sadly out of touch with reality, have no people skill, governed by greed, do not believe in rewarding hard work. office manager handles HR and IT but is under-qualified to do either. below market value compensation/benefits package. being called a "lifer" there is not a term of endearment. interview process is a joke (who has 8 hour interviews?). no real job training. being criticized by ownership and the office manager (who is a lifer) is the norm, not the exception. terrible hiring practices (handled by the office manager). IT infrastructure is a collection of antiquated components without dedicated support. old and shamble-looking workplace environment. way too much paperwork for what little information is printed on said paperwork. nepotism is the norm, not the exception. 401k is laughable.
