Avantages
1. The pay and bonuses are good. 2. Very good location. 3. Flexible time, depends on which team you are on. 4. Talented group of colleagues.
Inconvénients
1. Salary negotiation is a hassle. 2. No clear HR policy. They have HR in place but they follow rules only to make your work life miserable. 3. They have 20 leaves annually. But they won't approve leave application for half the amount. You can only take 2-3 days of leave even if you give notice 2-3 months before. And the saddest part is, your leave approval depends on the mood and mercy of your team lead, and whether your team lead is a good person or not solely depends on the team you are on. 4. They only follow agile because their clients require them to do that. Otherwise, no one actually wants to follow that. 5. You have to really beg for a good chair (most of them are broken), a proper monitor (developers get stuck with 15"inch square monitors with flickering screen for over 5 months), and a good pc (Again, people get stuck with 2nd generation pc which gets slow whenever you start VS) 6. Too many hierarchy, bureaucracy and politics among senior engineers. 7. Senior engineers promote unhealthy environment among colleagues. 8. No clear cut plans for the future of the company. When they get project they hire people with unreasonable salary with no intention of retaining them for the long term. So when joining, do think each day as your last day.
