small teams, great work environment, lots of transparency, working closely with C-Levels and have a lot of "face to face time" for a virtual company. Really supportive of new ideas and empowering their employees to share ideas. Being fully remote with a results-driven management style means a lot of freedom and flexibility as long as you get your work done and have results to show for it. No micromanagement here! And the team is really close, we are competitive but supportive at the same time.

Working at a start-up has it's cons, the ladder is shorter, but you have to be super flexible about changes, and you need to be self-motivated because no one is going to hold your hand in the start-up world. You have to be able to hit the ground running and pivot as change is thrown your way. that is not the best fit for everyone Long sales cycles

* Lots of freedom on implementing ML, lots of independence. * Being a startup your choices are closer to the main product. * Lots of room to write reasearch papers and try new technologies.

* Bad administration. Execs are too far from the development process, seem to not understand the product's limitations. They seem to not care about the details of the development process. * Bad salary relative to other companies. No extra benefits. Hard to negotiate compensation details & sketchy changes in your employment contract. *
