Avantages
The people are great, going to work is always fun. I feel that the company on the whole is generally ethical and does the right thing by the consumers who write reviews.
Inconvénients
In the non technical part of the business it seems like management is constantly restructuring teams, for no real reason. Engineering is not the first class citizen it once was in the company, the company seems to throw lots of hand holding and account management at keeping clients happy rather than investing in better technology.
