      Avantages

      There are no pros to taking a job here, although there are some nice people, but you can find nice people at better places to work.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of positive leadership, poor morale, cannot use the bathroom between 4:45-5:00 without setting off the owner because you might be milking the clock. Very toxic environment - believe all the negative things you read on these reviews.

      Avantages

      I felt welcome from the day I started. The Reeves team is like a family. The owner put trust in me from the beginning and listened to the ideas/recommendations I had. I love that the owner has a huge heart for animals and that the office is pet friendly! This was my favorite place to work and I only left because I retired. I wish I had come here sooner in my career. I have recommended others to Reeves and they are very happy with their choice to work here.

      Inconvénients

      For me, I was not familiar with horses so it took me some time to learn all the details.

      Some employees are nice, that's it.

      Inconvénients

      This is the 3rd time I have heard of the sales position back open. There is a reason they cannot keep staff. Read all the other reviews, they aren't lies.
