Some very nice people work there. The owner is very passionate about the business and the industry. Proactive projects from some departments. Active social scene. Some big clients make for interesting contracts.

Very siloed structure, which leads to island mentality within teams and departments. Some departments (mine included) suffer from atrocious management. Abrasive, defensive, unhelpful line managers used blaming tactics and punishments instead of constructive feedback and training, leading to depression and serious anxiety. Refused to provide or send people for training and consistently shot down any suggestions for internal projects, individual initiatives or collaboration with other departments, even during extended downtime periods. Didn't even get an exit interview to voice my concerns to improve department management going forward, so problems persist to this day. Staff lifetime in some teams (this included) rarely exceeds a year.

Fantastic opportunities for career progression and a real focus on work life balance - something that you don't get in a lot of other agencies. There's also a great emphasis on 'grass roots' opportunities via the yearly apprenticeship scheme.

Larger clients often means less creative freedom to suggest new things. More recently there has been less of a focus on company culture and much more of a focus on financials. Some teams don't work well together.
