      Avantages

      The engineers provide a great technical service for customers and HQ is located in Central CA, so that's great.

      Inconvénients

      Loss of the small beachside town culture that made the company a fun place to work was really too bad.

      Avantages

      The CEO is great and available to all employees. The engineering team in particular is easygoing and are all friendly. The location is top notch as Carpinteria and Santa Barbara are affordable places to live with great natural beauty.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of internal processes, although this is improving. Must be open to nonstructured environments. The support is there if you seek it out, but if you don't, you may be left flailing in the wind.
