Lie to customers, lie to staff, lie to anyone they can to make a quick buck. Staff are just tools, not valued in any way and I saw 3 good staff fired on the spot as company was restructured. Forced to lie, forced to work unreasonable hours and received thinly veiled threats when questioning this. Losing staff like crazy because nobody wants to sit there and lie all day while being lied to by management. Career progression from SOC is into the engineering team. Most of the SOC is ex engineers looking for a change, so this isn't a promotion. Wages below industry standard. The guy next to you will be on +-5k despite doing the same work depending how well his negotiations went. I would sooner stick pins into my eyes than work here again even for 200 pounds an hour.
