I really enjoy coming into work. How many recruiters can say that! At RedSofa we're trusted to get on with our jobs and treated like adults, a rarity for the industry. No KPI's, no micro-management and an inclusive, familial culture. We're not a party agency which is understandable as everyone in the business is at a senior level. We can definitely throw-down with the best of them when required though!
I get a generous package which includes ample holiday days (going up incrementally each year) and an upper management team who are very approachable. I love our location, a beautiful big space in the heart of Shoreditch and have also had the perk of working from our Berlin office for a few days.
It seems like the business has a strong long-term vision which is essential in the evolving market of recruitment.
Inconvénients
Not necessarily a 'con', however the way the business operates is fairly unique for the industry. It won't suit someone who is KPI-driven or needs lot's of supervision. It's also not set-up to nurture junior-level consultants, hence not employing recruiters with minimal experience.
